I was watching an Eagles documentary on Netflix the other day (yeah- I actually did that with my free time) and Joe Walsh quoted a philosopher that I loved;
“As you live your life, it appears to be anarchy and chaos, and random events, non-related events, smashing into each other and causing this situation or that situation, and then, this happens, and it’s overwhelming, and it just looks like what in the world is going on. And later, when you look back at it, it looks like a finely crafted novel.”
I guess you CAN get something worthwhile from spending 3 hours watching the lives of 70’s-80’s rock stars. I have been feeling lately like my life is chaos. Spending your days changing diapers and wiping noses definitely does not feel meaningful in the moment. As you can see in the third photo down, sometimes taking photos is a little bit tricky with kids. Moods are all over the place! Ha ha! I am so glad that we are able to take so many photos though because it will be so fun to look back on as our family grows.
